Mycophenolate mofetil
China [CN] Mycophenolate mofetil (CAS: 128794-94-5), also known as Mofetil Mycophenolate and Linfonex, is a white to beige powdery small-molecule immunosuppressant API with molecular formula C₂₃H₃₁NO₇ and molecular weight of 433.49. It melts at 95–96°C, with a predicted boiling point of 637.6±55.0°C and density of 1.222±0.06 g/cm³. This IMPDH reversible inhibitor has a pKa value of 5.6 at 25°C, and its solubility in DMSO reaches ≥15 mg/mL. It can be stored stably at room temperature in solid form; its DMSO or ethanol solutions can be preserved for up to one month under -20°C. Widely supplied as bulk pharmaceutical raw material, standard reference substance and lab reagent, it is primarily applied for immunosuppressive drug production and related pharmaceutical research analysis.
