China [CN] Mometasone Furoate, also coded SCH-32088 and branded Nasonex, has CAS No. 83919-23-7, molecular formula C27H30Cl2O6 and molecular weight of 521.43. It is a white to off-white chiral steroid powder with a melting point of 218–220°C and specific optical rotation [α]D26 +58.3° in dioxane. This compound features high solubility in DMSO at ≥20 mg/mL and requires refrigerated storage at 2–8°C to maintain stability, with predicted boiling point 655.5±55.0°C and density 1.37±0.1 g/cm³.
