Fluticasone propionate

It is a white chiral corticosteroid solid with a melting point of 275°C and specific optical rotation [α]D +30° (c=0.35). This steroid compound dissolves in DMSO at ≥10 mg/mL, stable under room-temperature storage, with predicted boiling point 568.3±50.0°C and density 1.32±0.1 g/cm³.
