Paliperidone
China [CN] Paliperidone, also known as 9-Hydroxyrisperidone and Risperidone EP Impurity C, has CAS No. 144598-75-4, molecular formula C23H27FN4O3 and molecular weight of 426.48. It is a white to brown powder with a melting point of 158–160°C, predicted boiling point of 612.3±65.0°C and density of 1.45±0.1 g/cm³. This compound dissolves in DMSO at 2 mg/mL with heating for a clear solution, and its DMSO solution can remain stable for up to 2 months at -20°C, while solid powder requires cold storage at 2–8°C.
