The factory for seamless steel pipe covers a land area of 185,000 square meters and with a total assent of 980 million Yuan. It mainly produce various carbon seamless steel pipes, ,such as Oil and Gas Transmission Pipe, Pressure Use Pipes, Mechanical Tubing and so on. Abter steel has 1 cold draw steel pipes line, 2 hot rolled steel pipes lines,1 hot expansion steel pipes line ,2 tubing and casing processed steel pipes lines, and a number of automatic rotary pointer , straightening machines ,water-free annealing furnances and auxiliary production equipments for surface acid pickling and coating etc.The specification of seamless steel pipes outer diameter is OD 13.72-610.00mm, W/T:1.65-22mm.The annual production capacity is 300 000 tons, tubing and casing processed pipes is 200 000 tons
During 2007 to 2009 ,Abter Steel Group invested 3 HFW lines of specificationФ,219, Ф406 and Ф630., 2 JCOE SAWL lines of specification 813,1422 ;And some SAWH lines of specification 219-4064; The OD of ERW steel pipe is 89mm to 660mm, the W/T is 2mm to 22 mm, the anual output is 400000 tons..The specification of LSAW steel pipe is OD406mm- OD1524mm, wall thickness 8mm-60mm, the production capacity is 200000 tons annually.The specificateon of SAWH steel pipe is 219mm to 4064m, the wall thickness is 6mm to 28mm, the anual output is 400000tons.
