After extruding, shaping, drying, frying and flavoring process, it will produce healthy and crunchy snacks. By changing the moulds, 3D snacks can by different shapes such as shell shape, spiral, square tube, round tube triangle, hexagon, heart, Christmas trees, diamond, stars, wheels, cones, animals, etc. First, the materials aremixed, extruded and cut into different shapes.Then after frying, it will become fragrant and crisp snacks. Technical process: Mixing of raw materials----extruding-----pressing and cutting----frying----flavoring---packing Starches, fibers and liquids are introduced into a batch mixer according to the recipe for the end product and the dough is then conveyed continuously and uniformly to the heart of the extruder where it is cooked, formed and cut to extrude a homogeneous and controlled product under pressure. This extruder integrates cooking, forming and cutting process together. Wet pellets are then sent to a frying line where the product is smoothly fried. Machine used in this line: Mixer---to mix the raw materials with high evenness. It can add water and other materials when mixing. Single screw extruder---to extrude the materials. Pressing machine and Cutter---to press and cut the extruded materials into needed shape by changing the moulds on the roller. Fryer---continuous fryer or batch fryer to fry the materials.
