Description: The core specifications of electric bus charging extension cables comply with GB/T 33594-2017 and CQC1104-2014 standards. The mainstream model is EV-RS90S90-450/750V, with common specifications of 3×25+2×0.75mm² or 3×35+1×0.5mm². The conductor uses the sixth type of soft copper stranded wire, which has high conductivity and strong flexibility, adapting to the frequent dragging requirements during bus charging. Both the insulation and sheath are made of TPE material, with a continuous operating temperature up to 90℃ and an environmental adaptability range covering -40℃ to +50℃, capable of withstanding outdoor high and low temperatures, ultraviolet radiation, and minor abrasion. The shielding braid density of this type of cable is not less than 80%, effectively reducing electromagnetic interference. The extension cable design meets the long-distance charging layout requirements of stations, ensuring safe and stable charging for electric buses in scenarios such as bus hubs and parking lots.
