Charging stations are divided into single-phase and three-phase. Regardless of whether it's single-phase or two-phase, the AC input current must first be calculated.


For single-phase charging stations (AC charging stations), the calculation formula I=P/U can be used;


For three-phase charging stations (DC charging stations), I=P/(U*1.732). Therefore, the cable should be selected based on the current. (Cable selection can be referenced in relevant manuals or regulations): Single-phase charging piles are generally 7KW (AC charging piles) with I=P/U=7000/220=32A, requiring 4 square millimeter copper core cables; Three-phase charging piles (DC piles) are 15KW with a current of 23A and a 4 square millimeter cable; 30KW with a current of 46A and a 10 square millimeter cable; 60KW with a current of 92A and a 25 square millimeter cable; 90KW with a current of 120A and a 35 square millimeter cable.
