Power Battery Applications: Power batteries are the core energy source for electric vehicles, energy storage, and industrial equipment. Their application scenarios and technical requirements vary by sector. In the electric vehicle sector, passenger vehicles primarily use high-energy-density ternary lithium batteries (energy density higher than 300Wh/kg), while commercial vehicles tend to use long-life lithium iron phosphate batteries (cycle life ≥ 4000 cycles). Energy storage systems reduce costs by recycling spent batteries and improve energy efficiency through photovoltaic technology. Key technologies include high-precision battery management systems (BMS) (SOC error ±3%), liquid/air cooling thermal management (battery temperature difference ≤ 5℃), and 800V high-voltage fast charging (charging to 80% in 15 minutes). Future development trends focus on solid-state batteries (energy density 500Wh/kg), sodium-ion batteries (cost reduction of 30%), and V2G vehicle-to-grid interaction technology, driving the industry towards a safer, smarter, and more efficient direction.


Choosing the appropriate cable specifications: When selecting cables for power battery systems, appropriate choices must be made based on the current, voltage, and environmental requirements of the application scenario. For electric vehicle fast charging stations (60kW/380V), YJV-4×25mm² copper core cable is recommended. This cable has a withstand voltage of 1kV, can carry a continuous current of 95A, and uses XLPE insulation to ensure stability even at 105℃. For the DC side (1500V) of energy storage systems, PV1-F 1×35mm² photovoltaic-specific cable is recommended, as it offers various advantages. For industrial equipment that frequently requires bending, highly flexible RVVP 3×6mm² shielded cable should be used. This cable features a copper wire stranded structure and can withstand 100,000 bends. All cables must comply with GB/T 33594 flame-retardant standards and have a 20% current margin to handle peak loads. The cross-sectional area should be adjusted according to the cable length (for lengths exceeding 50 meters, a larger size should be used) to control voltage drop ≤3%.
