The conductors are primarily made of high-purity electrolytic copper to minimize resistance losses and heat generation during charging. The insulation layer is constructed of high-voltage and aging-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or fluororesin, ensuring insulation safety at 750V. It also offers excellent weather resistance and stable operation in ambient temperatures ranging from -30°C to 85°C.


Furthermore, the cable's outer sheath is typically constructed of oil-resistant and wear-resistant TPU or PVC composite materials to enhance drag and impact resistance, making it suitable for use in a variety of scenarios, including outdoor charging stations and automotive after-sales services.
