The machine was equipped with two sets of molds, uses D5 and D8 milling cutters, capable of replicating complicated hole to the workpiece. By adjusting the stopper at the left of the end milling head and the positioning bar on the profile bracket, you can mill rectangular hole with it. All movements take place on the linear axis, while forming pin can rotate freely, allowing easy and flexible operation. Startup switch is located at the control lever, and on the level there is joint bearing for easy operation. Adopts pneumatic clamping operation, high automation. Rotate raising positioning black allow three different kinds of milling depth. All linear movement bearings and milling cutters are from Germany, durable and smooth.
