The EMS39 is an integrated Genset controller which incorporates full engine protection, LCD display of engine temperature, oil pressure, battery volts, speed and genset hours, provides manual start and stop buttons, autostart, and controls excitation of the battery charging alternator. Low cost Operates with energise to run or energise to stop fuel solenoids perates and controls the battery excitation and battery volts Monitors oil pressure or level and provides shutdown protection Monitors engine temperature and provides shutdown protection Monitors battery volts and provides low battery volts warning Monitors engine speed and provides optional shutdown protection against extreme high/low frequency Maintains engine running hours Fully sequenced starting and stopping with retries LCD display of starting and running sequence Icon alerts against low oil pressure, high engine temperature, low battery volts, excitation failure, high/low engine speed Preheat output (if any) starts the engine easily under cold environment Run output (if any) activates on successful engine start and controls load Alarm output (if any) in the event of abnormal operation Autostart imput allows remote control start Speed detection directly from Generator, MPU or Alternator output nput can be external shutdown for emgency stop 6V~32V DC, normal 12V/24V automotive, protected against cranking dropout Screwless front mounting, overall dimensions 110x100x60mm, mounting hole 96x96mm
