UTG Yuyao Foundry Co.,Ltd, is specialize in production of investment casting components using lost wax casting procedure, and we also offer further machining works on the casting components.
UTG Yuyao is able to produce components from 1 g to 30 kg in short runs, very large quantities in all ferrous alloys, including stainless steels, carbon steel, alloy steel, and in the main aluminum, copper, nickel and cobalt alloys.
UTG Yuyao has already produced more than 5,000 different parts for about 500 customers from Europe, USA, Canada, Japan, UK as well as China mainland, covering nearly all sectors of industry.
With a basis of more than 10 years' experience in lost wax casting, UTG Yuyao is keep on investing in advanced equipments and facilities for better quality, shorter delivery time, quicker solutions to the customers' requirements and better working conditions for workers as well, such as automatic wax pattern injection machine, automatic sand shell dipping line...
UTG Yuyao has established a comprehensive quality control system in accordance with all standards of ISO9001:2000 and TS16949:2002. We have all necessary equipments and instruments for physical, chemical compositions and dimensional inspections of our products.
