1st part:Material-in conveing line
1 Function
Continuous feed the mult-board
2 Features
It is equipped with Locator feed bin，lateral Vibration Absorbing backer and guide on both side of Roller Conveyer, to ensure that the mult-board can be conveyed into the longitudinal double end tenoner continuously and steadily

2nd part: Two-track longitudinal double end tenoner MQ3206
1、Two-track double open longitudinal double end tenoner MQ3206
1.1、Feature of Two-track double open longitudinal double end tenoner MQ3206
One: frame
（1）it has overall construction, better stability. Acoustic cover of security is a simple beautiful Ultra-light shell configuration.
（2）Adopts screw-nut-rotating width adjustment, which can eliminate the moving gap from rotating screw to ensure the width adjustment precision.
（3）Polytetrafluoroethylene rail for adjusting width adopts structure of gas suspension to ensure the grade of precision of parallelism of two feeding rails.it prolongs the service life.
（4）double-end tenoner using split base structure, making the equipment more stable in operation.
Two:feeding equipment
（1） double-end tenoner, high-precision double-track link
synchronization narrow continuous feeding method. Feed speed in the working state can guarantee the smoothness of the feed. High efficiency and high accuracy. In the feeding process, the floor and there is no relative movement between the track link, synchronous operation does not produce scratches on the board.

Three: processing unit
（1）Adopts six processing position ten high-speed motor spindle, fully meet the processing of different grooves and tongues flooring needs.
（2）Every processing position can be adjusted by rotating screw rod. Adopts numerical display to all sizing adjustment, conveniencely and directly perceived through the senses
Four: Electrical control configuration
（1）Electrical control cabinet is independent inverter for control,it is convenience for control and diagnose the working condition of every processing parts.
（2） It has independent color touch panel for control which can be used to set up relevant parameter for the machine and it is easy to use.
（3）it is equipped with air conditioning cooling system to ensure the work environment of eletronic component to prolong its service life.
