Cetrorelix
China [CN] Cetrorelix (CAS No. 120287-85-6), also supplied as Cetrorelix Acetate, is a synthetic decapeptide GnRH antagonist with molecular formula C70H92ClN17O14 and molecular weight 1431.04. This product is a white to off-white solid with a melting point above 259°C (decomposed), predicted density of 1.42±0.1 g/cm³ and pKa value of 9.82±0.15. It dissolves in DMSO with mild heating and slightly soluble in methanol, requiring refrigerated storage for stable preservation. Its full peptide sequence is AC-(D-ALA[3-(2-NAPHTHYL)])-[D-PHE(4-CL)]-(D-ALA[3-(3-PYRIDYL)])-SER-TYR-(D-CIT)-LEU-ARG-PRO-D-ALA-OH.
