Aluminum plastic separation machine can separate aluminum and plastic from aluminum plastic composite materials.



The process of recycling medicine blister packs by the aluminum plastic separation machine is as follows:

1.Crushing--put the medicine blister packs into a crusher to break them into smaller particles.

2.Grinding--grind the medicine blister packs to be granules or powder.

3.Vibrating screen--The powder mixture of aluminum and plastic was put into vibrating screen for screening, and the larger particles were screened out for grinding again;



4.Electrostatic separation--the small particles after the treatment of rotary sieve for electrostatic separation, so as to separate aluminum and plastic powder.

In addition, the whole process is also equipped with circulating water cooling and dust removal system.

Circulation water cooling- We have special design according to the different raw material and match the water cooling system to avoid the plastic melted and stick on aluminum under high temperature.
