P355M is a thermo mechanically rolled and wieldable fine grain steels grade. The dimensions and tolerance on dimensions should be according to EN 10028-1. P355M Grade usual be used for pressure equipment.

P…ML1 means the -40 temperature quality and the impact energy is 27JP…NL2 means the -50 temperature quality and the impact energy is 27J
EN10028-5 standard specification for wieldable fine grain steels, thermomechanically rolled.
EN10028-5 covers the steel grades given in three qualities:
a) The basic series (P...M)
b) Series with low temperature properties down to -40 °C (P...ML1);
c) Series with low temperature properties down to -50 °C (P...ML2).
