Anti-Spam Policy
By using this
Site, you agree to abide by our Anti-Spam Policy set out below. You may not use
any ECROBOT services to send Spam, or cause Spam to be delivered to any ECROBOT
Service and ECROBOT's members.
ECROBOT
prohibits the use of ECROBOT Services in any manner associated with the
transmission, distribution, or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited
commercial emails or inquiries ("Spam"). In addition, any email or
inquiry sent, or caused to be sent, to or through ECROBOT services may not:
- Use deceptive addressing or misleading
routing information;
- Use a third party's internet domain
name, or be relayed from or through a third party's equipment, without the
explicit permission of the third party;
- Use or contain an invalid,
non-existent, or forged domain name;
- Employ any technique to otherwise
misrepresent, hide, or obscure any information in identifying the point of
origin or the transmission path;
- Contain false or misleading
information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading
content;
- Fail to comply with additional
technical standards described below; or
- Otherwise violate ECROBOT’s Terms of
Use.
ECROBOT does
not authorize the harvesting, mining, or collection of email addresses or other
information from or through ECROBOT's services. ECROBOT does not permit or
authorize others to use ECROBOT Services to collect, compile, or obtain any
information about its customers, members, or subscribers, including but not
limited to members' email addresses or IDs, which are considered ECROBOT's or
members' proprietary and confidential information.
ECROBOT does
not permit or authorize any attempt to use ECROBOT Services in a manner that
could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any aspects of any ECROBOT
services, or that could interfere with any other party's or member's use and
enjoyment of any ECROBOT service.
If ECROBOT
believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any ECROBOT
service, it may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole
discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular
internet domain, mail server, or IP address. ECROBOT may immediately terminate
any account on any ECROBOT service which it determines, in its sole discretion,
is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any email or inquiry that
violates this policy.
Nothing in
this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send emails or
inquiries to, or through, ECROBOT services or ECROBOT members. Failure to
enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of ECROBOT's
rights.
ECROBOT
maintains computer equipment and servers in South Korea. Unauthorized use of
ECROBOT services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited emails or
inquiries, including the transmission of emails and inquiries in violation of
this policy, constitutes a misuse of ECROBOT's equipment and resources. Such
unauthorized actions may result in severe civil and criminal penalties against
the sender and those assisting the sender under applicable laws, including the
Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and
Information Protection, the Protection of Communications Secrets Act, and other
relevant regulations of the Republic of Korea.
