Description:Type of Cr2.5%-Mo1% with coating of low sodium hydrogen pearl light heat-resistant steel electrode.With high temperature oxygen erosion resistance.DC reverse connection.Short arc with all position welding.Workpiece shall be preheated about 300℃ before welding and tempering at 690±15℃ after welding process.
Application: WER407 Heat-resistant Steel Electrode apply to weld type of Cr2.5Mo pearl light heat-resistant steel.Such as high temperature and high pressure pipes,synthetic chemical machinery, oil cracking equipment ect.
