Introduction The machine is used for the multi-strand twisting of bare copper,coated tin,coated silver,copper-clad aluminum wire,enameled wire,and other special alloy wires.Regular twisted wires can be done by this buncher instead by stranding machine. Features For copper and aluminum stranding and insulated cores laying-up.Max.productivity is up to 5000 twist/min. Separate motor driven structure,electrical pitch on-line adjustment,more convenient & efficient for operation. Multi-head driven or non-driven bobbin pay-off according to customer's requests. Pitch changing is by replacing different sizes of capstan wheels to achieve accurate and stable laying-length.
