Henan River Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. (River Group) is located at Zhengzhou City, the capital of Henan Province, with registered capital of RMB 60 million and 160 employees, including 22 professionals with senior or intermediate title. River Group has many subsidiaries. The main products of River Group include overhead crane, gantry crane, steel structure, electronic scale, bridge girder erection machine, fixed and mobile water conservancy gate hoist, non-ferrous metal, real estate development, municipal engineering construction, grain & oil machine, real estate development and municipal engineering constructions etc.
River Group focuses on R & D of new technology and has achieved remarkable results through building professional technical R & D team and standard production experimental base. In 2012, the Digital Intelligent Crane Control System and Corrugated Webs H-Beam researched and developed by River Group have been approved by the National Copyright Administration and State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China and national patent certificates were granted.
The Digital Intelligent Crane Control System runs stably through assembling and debugging in the first half of this year. This system also has passed all tests of State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. River Group was granted as National Testing Center basing on qualified indicators recently. Meanwhile, the Company Standard about the Digital Intelligent Crane Control System formulated by River Group was approved and recorded, and this system was also encouraged by the related experts.
The Digital Intelligent Crane Control System realizes many advantages in power control system as follows

2. Material saving: it can save over 85% cables.
3. High safety: Solid state relay and CPU processing technology improve safety performance.
4. Small size, easy installation and maintenance for free.

6. Powerful function: integrating dynamic control and static control of crane, state detecting, stroke control coordination, zero power loss when starting or closing.
Currently, this project is in mass production in the factory and will be promoted to the market comprehensively.
Corrugated Webs H-Beam is a patent researched and developed by River Group, which is a product with high economy and can be used in plant portal frame, building girder, municipal bridge and crane girder etc. Corrugated webs H-beam can save steel over 30% to 50% compared with the traditional flat webs H-beam with the same production cost.
The national market potential of corrugated webs H-beam is huge. River Group has made analysis on the traditional steel structure and heavy steel structure market which has not formed industrial scale in local Henan, and found that the market capacity of this product can reach annual production of 100,000 tons steel structure and supporting systems production base. River Group will become the most competitive steel structure production enterprise in surrounding market basing on strong advantages in technology and price.
River Group has formed mass production conditions, such as steel structure plant with construction area 5,000 m2, two production lines, mechanical equipments and technical personnel.
