Detailed Description

Lime Vertical Preheater(Lime Rotary Kiln) System Components: 1. Feeding system: main contain top silo, discharging pipe, discharging methods and structure can make sure safety sealing when feeding materials to preheater, thus, cold air outside can't flow into lime vertical preheater and realize continuous and interrupt feeding by valves help; 2. Lime vertical preheater: it's make sure material preheating to around 900 degree main parts, composed by preheating chamber, suspension device and refractory liner and so on; 3. Material injection device: main contain material injection head, frame and connecting rod parts; 4. Hydraulic system: main contain oil box, oil pump, motor, solenoid valve, hydraulic oil pipe and so on, it's main function: cotrol material injection device, finish material injection task; 5. Bottom feeding chamber: main contain chute pipe, feeding chamber, feeding chute port and so on, it's main function: lead preheated material to rotary kiln to calcine; 6. Frame: main contain column, ring beam and so on, it's main function is supporting preheater top structure.
