Shanghai Pake Thermistor Ceramics Co., Ltd. founded in 2001, is committed to the development and production of PTC elements and assembly heaters. Which are widely used in air-conditioner, warmer, bath heater, mosquito dispeller, hairdressing appliance, electric vehicle, SPA, aquarium, medical treatment, electroplating, petroleum and chemical industries etc.
Our company has 20000 square meters plant. We have advanced production and testing equipment such as rotary press machine, automatic sintering tunnel, large spray granulating machine, automatic start current / high voltage test machine. The annual output of PTC element is more than 400 millions. We are the largest and high-quality manufacturer of PTC element in China. PTC elements are mainly applied in air conditioner for Gree, Midea, Haier conditioner.
We have over 7000 square meters plant which produce various assembly heaters. Annual production capability of assembly heater is about 10 millions sets including surface heater, air heater and liquid heater. We have electric performance test line, dispensing machine production line, laser welding machine, big power simulation test machine,high and low temperature test machine and aging test machine etc.
During 20 years of development, our company has created a stable and high-level R & D team. Especially we have many experiences and unique design concept in the field of air heating and liquid heating. Some products have obtained national patent.
