TaiHong Xylanase TH101 was composed by incision xylanase and excision xylanase. Incision xylanase can break the β-1,4-D-bond in xylan molecule, separate the xylan to be Xylo-oligosaccharide such as xylobiose, xylotriose; excision xylanase can cut the β-1,4-D-bond of these Xylo-oligosaccharides to be xylose. So the enzymolysis process was accomplished by both incision xylanase and excision xylanase. Characteristic Xylanase TH101 with high valence in gastro-intestine on the condition of 37℃ and normal PH value. Can quickly reduce the chime viscosity caused by wheat, wheat bran and miscellaneous meal (such as cottonseed and rapeseed meal). β-mannanase in 50g Xylanase TH101 can totally degrade the β-mannan of soybean meal in compound feed. Good anti-stress to high temperature. The valence loss in pelleting process is less than 10%; good stability in storage, the valence loss is less than 2% in compound feed storage for 3 months, or less than 6% in premix feed storage for 6 months. Specification Xylanase TH101(A) TH101(B) Enzyme activity≥700,000U/g≥350,000U/g Functions 1.Increase energy level. Add Xylanase TH101(B) 100g/ton in compound feed, equal to add about 1.5 kg soybean oil; 2.Improve protein digestibility. Add Xylanase TH101(B) 100g/ton in compound feed, equal to provide the protein of about 4.2 kg soybean meal; 3.Release nutrients that coated by cell wall, thus to improve digestibility; 4.Reduce other anti-nutrient factors. In Xylanase TH101, also contains β- Glucanase 60,000U/g, β-Mannanase 25,000U/g, Pectinase 20,000U/g, Acid protease 9,000U/g and Cellulase 3,000U/g. Usage and dosage • Diet based on corn, soybean and little bran, add Xylanase TH101(B) 50~100g/ton compound feed; • Diet contains wheat, wheat bran, cottonseed and rapeseed meal add Xylanase TH101(B) 100~150g/ton compound feed; • If the wheat, wheat bran in diet over 20%, should increase the dosage of Xylanase TH101(B). Dosage in premix and concentrate calculates according to the ratio. • Use Xylanase TH101(A), dosage is half of TH101(B). Storage: keep in cool, shady and dry place.
