Detailed Description
Description: You may find that the connection between individual machines & equipments is high pressure flexible tube, this is one of the advanced features for this plant as designed. It will definitely save installation period on site. Compressed the liquid oxygen through liquid pump. So the oxygen can be used in hospital. The connection pipes are high pressure soft pipe, easy connect and separate,The time of installation and testing is not more than 30 days. Adopted screw compressor (main machine imported from world famous company). Keep the plant normal work long time,Easy operate and maintenance. Air cooling type is adopted for whole set of plant, there is no cooling water required. Need very small area (Land Area 40㎡,Factory Area 90㎡),. Skid mounted type air separation plant, connected by high pressure flexible pipe between individual machines/equipments , Plant features 1) This air separation plant adopts cryogenic separation process. Oxygen is obtained by inner compression, so it can be both for medical & industrial usage and to be filled into cylinder. 2) Whole set of plant adopts skid mount type and connected with high-pressure hose between individual machines/equipments. So, it no need any foundation required to save investment cost for civil construction and shorten installation period accordingly. 3) Cooling mode of plant adopts air cooling for whole set of plant, no cooling water system required so it also save investment cost for the owner. 4) This plant can be shifted to any second plant to operate because of its no fixed foundation feature. So it is a mobile type plant. The feed air is freed from dust and other mechanical impurities by air filter, and then compressed by means of air compressor, the process air pass through the after-cooler and enter into the purifier to remove moisture, carbon dioxide and hydrocarbon etc. The purification system is consist of two vertical vessels, when one is running, the other one is regenerating by WN2 coming from cold box after passing through the electrical heater. The purified air enters into the main heat exchanger, and then it is divided into two portion, one part of purified air is liquefied through the throttling valve and then it is led to the bottom of the column. In the rectification column, the rising gas is touched with counter-flowing liquid completely, after heat and mass exchange, the content of nitrogen in the rising gas is increasing, and in the top of column it is turned into pure nitrogen. The pure nitrogen gas is led into main condenser-evaporator in the top of the lower column, while the gaseous nitrogen is condensing, the liquid oxygen is evaporated. The liquid nitrogen is drawn out as the counter-flowing liquid of the upper and lower column. The other part of the purified air is led into upper column to rectification after expansion. The liquid nitrogen produced in the lower column enters into the upper column to take part in the rectification after passing through sub-cooling, the waste nitrogen passed through the main heat exchanger is drawn out of the column as regeneration gas for purifier. The eligible oxygen coming from the rectification column is led into oxygen compressor, after cooling and removal of water, the product oxygen is filled into oxygen cylinder by means of charging manifold. The plant is moved construction in whole, connected by high-pressure soft pipe, adopt liquid oxygen pump, inner-compress flow, can produce high quality medical oxygen. It have small volume, occupied small area, the user needn’t cooling water and needn’t invest the connecting pipe and plant foundation. Valve of Purifier and rectification column adopts stainless steel or copper material, no rust, very beautiful, fill in the excellent keeping warm material in the rectification column, has minimal cooling lost, Shorten starting time.
