Detailed Description
• Properties of rubber accelerator mz(zmbt): light yellow powder, slightly bitter, non-toxic, the relative density of 1.70 (25 ℃).Dispersion temperature 300 ℃.Soluble in chloroform, acetone, benzene, partly soluble in ethanol, carbon tetrachloride, insoluble in gasoline, water and ethyl acetate.Storage stability.Case of acid or alkali solution decomposition.
• Uses of rubber accelerator mz(zmbt):
1.For NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, EPDM and latex.
2.For dry rubber having the same performance as the M and low caking.
3.For latex system has moderate activity and generally used with ultra-accelerators, vulcanization
4.For latex system has the function of adjusting the viscosity.
5.Suitable for injection molding and foam rubber products.
5.Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, hoses, shoes, tape and other general industrial products.

• Storage of rubber accelerator mz(zmbt): Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place.
Packaged products should avoid direct sunlight.
