We, Xinrui Plastic, established in year 1982, is engaged in manufacturing, supplying & exporting an exclusive range of PTFE & UHMWPE Molded and Machine Components. Our wide range includes Chemically Treated Sheets, PTFE & UHMWPE Rods, PTFE & UHMWPE Tube, PTFE & UHMWPE film, PTFE & UHMWPE Machine Parts. Apart from this, we are also offering wide range of PTFE Tapes, Gaskets & Rings; UHMWPE Pulley, Fender, Guide rail, etc.
We have advanced 4000T-type four-column hydraulic cylinders which are unique among the domestic PTFE manufacturers. We also have first-rate production facilities such as peeling machines, large-scale high-temperature sintering furnaces and large 3500T, 4000T and 4200T UHMWPE sheet hot presses, planers and extruder machines, and our spiral wound gasket machine also in high grade among China’s manufacturers. In addition, we have first-rate testing equipment like tensile testing machine, abrasion machine, high pressure electrostatic tester and so on.
We have got ISO9001 approval, our products sell very well in both domestic and overseas market. We are the material supplier of Nanjing 2014 Youth Olympic Games(YOG·Nanjing2014), our PTFE sheets are widely used in the Olympic Games village’s construction.
