Located in Sanmenxia Hubin Industrial Park, Henan Zhongying Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. established in 2005 and specialize in eco-friendly rubber equipments and the development, research and production of the waste rubber products. The company was list as “ 2011 The Central budget Investment on the Resource’s Conservation and Recycling” by the National Development and Reform Commission, “ The Practical Technology Project of the National Priority Environmental Protection” by the China Environmental Protection Association and “ The Demonstration Base of the 12th five National Technology and Science Project” by the China Technology and Science Ministry. The company also has cooperated with Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics and Zhengzhou University to set up the Research and Experiment Base of the Chinese Science.
The self-developed production line of the waste tires recycling is a high- tech production line, which integrates the environmental protection, energy saving, recycling of the new technology and new materials. And its core technologies have obtained 10 pieces national patents. The comprehensive recycling production line of the waste tires can completely separate the three main raw materials contained in the tires: rubber, steel wires and the fires at one time under the normal temperature and produce 30 to 200 meshes fineness high-quality rubber powders. The self-developed “Regenerated Rubber Normal Pressure Continuous Break Sulfur Machine” can restore the waste rubber to the unvulcanized state. The products can replace or partially replace natural rubber to be used to produce various rubber merchants. The new technology replaces the traditional dynamic desulfurization technique under the high pressure and high temperature which is using in the market. It not only reduces the energy consumption of the recycled rubber, but also can achieve the low-carbon and clear produce. It is simple, economical and environment friendly product processes of the high-quality recycled rubber technology, it was named “The Third Rubber” by the industry. In the low-carbon economy, the efficient use of the waste rubber resources accord with the policy of the recycled economy and gains much attention and support from the governments and also bring gigantic environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits. Its further promotion would improve the productive structure of the present rubber industry. And the rubber industry will also be the revolution of the material cost, and it will has great prospects and market potential.
