Detailed Description
1. Introduction:
Caron steel cut wire shot is cutted by high quality alloy-steel wire,then cold drawing and heat treatment with specialized equipments to get the uniform shots; Furthermore,conducting the edgespasivate and rounding treatment according to the different application demand.
2. Can be divied into:
1) Non-passivated steel cut wire(G1)---- Rgular cyclinder,both end's cut surface is right-angle,the length is complited with stated demand.
2)Passivated steel cut wire(G2)----After the treatment for cut surface's edges,to get the edges passivated.
3)Rounded steel cut wire(G3)----Get rid of all edges to make it become ball type.
