Atmel T5577 (update version which downward compatible with T5557, T5567). This 125KHz read/write RFID from Atmel is very mature and widely used technology. The cards have 363-bit EEPROM (11 blocks, 32bits each+1 lock bit).
The Atmel T5577 proximity card is great solution for hotel key lock, access control, time attendance system.
