Description: 1. The fiber opening machine is specialized in opening conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber, wool and wadding fiber waste, other filling fiber shorter than 100mm. 2. Its main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine that is stable, long life and lower maintenance. 3. Conveyer track protection system; Conveyer is not easy to be worn. 4. Automatic raw material feeding by the conveyer. 5.The rollers are made by V-wire, which is stable, long life and lower maintenance; the material opening rate can be more than 98% without hurting the original silicon. 6. Professional roller balance process that the machine is running without noise, shaking. 7. Special roller device protections that the fiber is not jam into the bearings; lower maintenance that clean up the rollers once a week is enough. 8.
