450BPH automatic bottle filling machine is designed with an L-shaped rinsing-filling-capping system. The automatic rinsing-filling-capping system has multiple stage rinsing functions, with hot water rinsing, detergent rinsing, clean water rinsing, and pure water rinsing. The rinsing time is controlled by PLC controller, filling nozzles by special valve and water level control system.
