Our pneumatic rubber fender, yokohama fender, boat fender, foam filled fender and ship airbag are widely used in small, big or huge shipside, ocean platform, harbor and shipyard. Our factory is the head manufacturer in this line, and the manufacturing experience has been more than twenty years, it is almost the biggest one in China. We have our own quality criterion which is over the national standard and international standard ISO17357, also our products have been approved by CCS.
Our ship airbag has widely used in ship repairing yard and ship building companies.
Our dock fender(dock bumper) series are the necessary bump absorption equipment used in port construction and ship manufacturing industry; it has the advantage of lower reaction force, high energy absorption, with sea water anti-erosion performance and easy repair and maintenance function. Our factory equipped with the large plate press machine, 22m vulcanized pot, we have absorbed the advance technology in the world and have the backup from our domestic famous university, we developed a series of the dock fender(dock bumper), such as cylindrical rubber fender, fender D, super arch fender, DG fender, cell fender, cone fender, II fender, W fender, square fender, extruded rubber fender, ladder bumper, fender panel and other dock bumper. All the technical data are fully complied with the requirement of HG/T2866-2003 standard and approved by China Marine Authority.
Besides the current products line, we can also design new mould of the new style products for you by the drawing or requirements. At the same time, we are happy to do the association work for our fender clients, we have good cooperation of the anchor, chain, mooring rope manufacturers.
