CARBON STEEL PIPES,CARBON STEEL TUBES,SEAMLESS CARBON STEEL PIPE
Carbon steel pipe definition:
Carbon steel pipe or carbon steel tube mainly refers to the carbon mass fraction is less than 2.11% without containing deliberately added alloying elements of steel. Sometimes referred to as general carbon steel or carbon steel. Carbon steel generally also contain a small amount of silicon, manganese, sulfur, phosphorus in addition to carbon.
Carbon steel pipe classification:
(1) according to end-use, carbon steel can be divided into carbon structural steel, carbon tool steel and easy cutting steel into three categories, carbon structural steel is divided into the project building structural steel and machinery manufacturing steel;
(2) accoring to smelting method, it can be divided into open-hearth steel, converter steel;
(3) accoring to the deoxidation method, it can be divided into the boiling steel (F), killed steel (Z), semi-killed steel (b), and special killed steel (TZ);
(4) accoring to the carbon content, carbon steel is divided into low-carbon steel (WC ≤ 0.25%), medium carbon steel (WC0.25% -0.6%) and high-carbon steel (WC> 0.6%);
(5) accoring to the quality of steel, carbon steel is divided into ordinary carbon steel (phosphorus, sulfur, higher), high-quality carbon steel (phosphorus, sulfur, low) and high quality steel (phosphorus, sulfur, lower ) and super high quality steel.
Carbon steel pipe application:
Carbon steel pipe or carbons steel tube is the earliest to use the largest amount of basic material in modern industry. The world's industrial countries, in efforts to increase high strength low alloy steel and alloy steel production, which is also very attention to improving the quality of carbon steel and expanding the range of varieties and use. The proportion of carbon steel production in the countries' total output of steel, approximately maintained at about 80%, it is not only widely used in buildings, bridges, railways, vehicles, ships and all kinds of machinery manufacturing industry, but also in the modern petrochemical industry, marine development, has also been heavily used.
