Ball Mill structure features:
It mainly contains the host composed of a barrel body, the main bearings, a frame portion ;driving part which consists of the drive motor and the deceleration device; feeding, discharging part. Hollow shaft is casted by steel and the liner is detachable, rotary gear is made from casting hobbing, cylinder body is studded with wear resistant liner.
Ball mill operating principle :
When the mill working, cylinder body rotates around the axis and the grinding medium in the inner part of the cylinder body is raised to a certain height, a throw or cascading state. Ore grinding is mainly depending on the grinding medium ‘s drop impact force and the grinding action of the movement. Material is continuously sent into the rotary body from the feed opening and crushed by the movement of the grinding medium . Through the overflow or material potentiometer materials will be discharged out of the cylinder body for the next process.
