GF-Stair CNC ROUTER
GuangFeng CNC Machinery Co., LTD develops a new model CNC router specially for the stair production manufacturer to produce stair. It is can produce stairs girders (60 mm), step plate (38 mm), clapboard, archaize stair, stair ambry, pillar, stair component cutting. There are fingers routers, sculpture, carve patterns or designs on woodwork, turning, multi-usage, save time and cost.
Features:
1. Stable structure: The machine is whole thick wall steel structure welding, after the aging treatment of machining, the lathe deformation and the improvement of the machining accuracy, the steel portal type move, fixed work surface, can be arbitrary processing workbench face materials.
2. Unique design: The machine can be used in multi-purpose. It is put cylinder mounted card and vacuum adsorption in the one machine, which can save manpower cost and production time. The unique design can make the largest 4 m stair girders, also can process step plate, saves time and effort, quickly and precision.
3. Strong drive: this machine adopts bilateral double motor drive, a selection of matching, ensure the smooth movement; X, Y axis adopt Taiwan AMT high precision, zero clearance square model aggravating sliding linear guide rail pair + Germany Atlanta level high precision rack and pinion transmission, to make sure the machine high precision and bear large load high speed movement.
4. Pneumatic change Tools: In order to solve the length tools can't cutting right angle in the girders and stair step plate, and also solve the AC Tools requirements of the clapboard mill and carving. Our factory design this pneumatic AUTO Change head Stair CNC Router, double head can be change according to the processing programming ,save much time to change tools. Also this machine adopt super power air-cooled electric spindle, which can clamping length blade, it is more suitable to produce thickness board. Also can eliminate cutting knife and jilt knife security problem, with strong cutting force and improve the production efficiency.
5. Pillar engraving Match the rotary axis to engrave pillar, which can engrave workpiece Max. Diameter:350mm,Max. Length:2000mm,can bear workpiece weight more than 200kg. Also we can give you and workpiece balance roller.
6. Software function: This machine can engraving any graphic design, support scanners, directly support UG, ArtCAM, Type3, Powermill, Proe, Artcut, carved, and many G code format generated by CAD/CAM software.
7. The CNC control system: The machine adopt industrial intelligent equipment control system, which can realize breakpoint renewal carving, without electricity memory, 3D graphics simulation functions, but also have automatic correction function back to the origin, effectively ensure all-whole day work in the processing accuracy; Support U disk operating, exempt from computer virus interference, high reliability, high efficiency features and easy to operate, the customer can quickly learn and use the operate the machine.
