Use: This machine is used for aluminum FOIL,BOPP,PET,PVG,PE,CPP and Paper etc with good printing performance of rolling material for multicolor continuous printing Feature: 1. The whole machine is fixed by permutation composition, according to the customers' requirement the printing color unit can be increased or decreased as well as the cover printing mechanism can be added. 2. The mainframe adopts vector frequency speed controller, The whole machine adopts threes-motor constant-tension force control system. 3. Each unit of computer flashed system is controlled by separating microprocessor. It can adjust the flashed deviation quickly and precisely. 4. With display of flashed deviation, correcting for system comprehensive deviation as well as super-different slamming function. 5. Double photo-electricity checking; improve the whole checking and adjustment speed. 6. The winding and the winding traction adopt vector frequency motor and moment motor controller. 7. Wing is adopted with frequency motor with magnetic powder clutch to wind. 8.The printing pressure cylinders, discharging traction pressure cylinders and winding traction pressure cylinders adopt pneumatic controller. 9. Pneumatic back pressure shifting blade. 10. Ink cycle system. 11. Gas expansion style loading and unloading shaft. 12. Winding and rewinding are both double working mechanisms to make the material complete with non-stop. 13. It can elect different computer flashed boundary and stationary checking figure.
