Anti-rust technologies and materials of Betpak VCI products are all supported by Korean Nokstop.
Principle
We adopt international advanced technology to produce VCI film. Adding masterbatch compound rust in PE film, can provide good anti-rust effect for metal. People process VCI film into bags or directly use it wrapping metal parts to provide rust protection. VCI numerators gasify and attach to the metal surface to provide all-round protection.
Criteria
Strictly correspond to Americal MIL-STD-2073-1, MIL—P—3420E, Chinese national standard QB 1319-1991 and Korean KS A 2112-1995.

PE particles + Korean Nokstop masterbatch compound rust.
Characteristics and Parameters
Specification: Can be customized according to customer's size requirements, can also be made into different sizes of three-dimensional bags.
Storage Environment: Should not destroy existing protective packaging layer, keep sealed, store in a dry, clean warehouse. Should not be put on the ground, under direct sunlight or stored together with chemicals. Keep distance no less than lm from the heat and 0.1 m from the ground. Use it on demand, if unused, re-seal it.
