Shenzhen Cesller Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 1996, is one of the largest manufacturers of professional group phone system in China.
Early in 1992, our company together with other competitors developed EC9315 Mini-PBX which causes a great stir in China. We also are the first manufacturer in developing the first mainstream Group Phone System products and Digital Key Phone in China. After several years of hard work, Cesller has continued to develop from small to large. Today we have a complete set of Group Phone Systems with 18 types from "2 CO lines 8 Ext" to "120 CO lines 480 Ext" and 6 types of Digital Key Phones to fully meet the enterprise voice communication requirements.
Cesller is devoted to the technology innovation to meet customer ever-changing demands, providing customers around the world innovative and customized products and services to help customers achieve sustained profitability and success. Our company launched the first in-built Mini-call center Digital Group Phone System. Our "WS824 Group Phone System series" is selling well in China which help small and medium-sized enterprises a lot in improving communication efficiency and reducing communications costs. With excellent quality and perfect after-sales services, our company firmly occupies about 30 percent of the market shares in domestic market of voice switching products. About 40,000 group phone systems, amounting to 1.5 million lines are sold annually. Our brands "HB" and "CESLLER" have become the industry's well-known brands.

Our company passed ISO9001 quality assurance system certification and CCC accreditation in 1999. Our company not only has a comprehensive product design capability, but also comprehensive capability in the board design, hardware design, embedded software design, and computer software development. Our products have gradually updated from the "Configuration 208" group phone system to hybrid group phone system, digital group phone systems, and mini-call center.

Shenzhen Guowei Electronics Co., Ltd. as the long-term partner of Ceslle, is one of the largest processing bases of cordless phones in China, and is specifically responsible for Cesller's product manufacturing. Paul Tang (also our partner), with nearly 10,000 people in the electronic scale, has the best domestic communications product processing technologies, the most stringent standards of production technology, and the most advanced production equipment. The two companies work together to promote production technologies for Cesller to achieve the advanced international level.
