Multislo Insulating Machine DLM-0855B Large motor paper insertion machine The series adopts a mechanical transmission system,a pneumatic system,frequency conversion speed regulating system and an industrial programmable PLC integrated control system,and automatically complete zero resetting,fixed-lengthmaterial feeding,hemming,cutting,molding,inserting into respective slot,rotary division and pushing-out of stator.It can realize slot insulation molding of as many as three shapes of stator slots.Equipped with man-machine interface,it is endowed with the functions of status display,failure warning and various parameter settings,etc,and suitable for one time inserting of slot insulation materials of various small motor stators,with high efficiency and easy operation.
