Impact crusher Impact crusher is a new type crushing equipment of high efficiency which characters as small volume, simple structure, high crushing ratios, low energy consumption, high capacity and uniform grain size, moreover, it has an alternative function to decide what materials to crush. It can deal with various rough, medium and minute materials which length of four sides are less than 500mm and compressive strength is less than 350Mpa, like granite, limestone and concrete and so on. What’s more, it is famous for its excellent performance, steady function and long working life. Based on many years’ professional experience, studies of R&D department, achievements of test base and feedback from our clients, we introduce the high performance and efficient impact crusher which generally cooperates with jaw crusher or hammer crusher as the second working procedure. Impact crusher working principle Impact crusher is a kind of crushing equipment of using impact energy to crush materials. When it is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed. And after getting into the plate hammer zone, materials will be stricken and crushed with hammer of rotor, and then throw towards counterattack device to crush again, after that, materials will rebound back to plate hammer zone from counterattack plate to crush again and again. In this procedure, materials will get repeated crushing until they crush to required grain size then being outputted from mouth. Adjusting the interval between counterattack shelf and rotor can achieve the goal of changing grain size and shape of materials. The stone materials will fall into the high speed rotary turnplate and under high speed centrifugal, they will impact and crush with high speed with stone around turnplate in the way of umbellate form. After mutual fierce strike, materials will again form whirlpool movement between turnplate and shell to hit, rub and crush and then output straightly. Through closed circuit and repeated cycle, materials will reach the required grain size by screening facility.
