Cangzhou Shengtai Pipeline co.,ltd is a branch company of pengxin group. Pengxin Group is a group company specializing in production of steel pipes ,flange and pipe fittings, and it has four large subordinate companies,namely steel pipe manufacture company ,pushing pipe fitting manufacture company,forged pipe fitting manufacture company and flange manufacture company . located in Hebei Mengcun – “Hometown of pipe fittings in China”. The group covers an area of 218000 square meters,with total assets of RMB318 million.its annual production capacity of various pipe fittings is around 30000tons,and its annual throughput of pipe materials is nearly 100000tons. It currently has 628 empoyees,including 128 engineers,economists and accountants.
The group main products include seamless pipe ,ERW pipe,SSAW pipe,LSAW pipe,elbow,bends,reducer,tee,cross,cap,flange and socket fittings. The material include carbon steel,alloy steel ,stainless steel and X-grade steel series .
The group has a strong technical force, production equipment.mainly relevant produce equipment 316 units or sets ,include the largest 5000TON pressure machine in the industry ,and 40 units or sets of advanced inspecion instuments for physical and chemical,metallographic and non-destructive inspection and material testing etc.
The group has passed the certification of API and CE ,ISO 9001 international quality management system,the ISO 14001 environmental management system and OHSAS 18001 occupational health safety control system,and obtained the qualification certificates ,such as “manufacture license of special Equipments of the People’s Republic of China”issued by general administration of quality supervision,inspection and quarantine,”state power corporation power plant spare parts supply network partner (high temperature and high pressure pipe fittings and pipeline factorization for general-eration sets of 60MW and below)”.
The products are widely used for petroleum pipelines, natural gas pipelines, coal gas pipelines, water supply pipelines, drainage water pipelines, heat supply network pipelines, pressurized air pipelines, common gas pipelines, construction foundation piles, steel structure buildings, steel structure bridges, seaports, and docks, and export to Southeast Asia, Europe ,South America, and Africa.
