Shijiazhuang Longway Petroleum Drill Tools Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of such drill tools as petroleum drill pipes, water well drill pipes, trenchless drill pipes and assorted joints. Located in Jinzhou, 50 kilometers east of Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, the production base enjoys a convenient traffic which is adjacent to Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway in the west, near to the 307 National Road in the north and adjoins Bohai Gulf, Huanghua Harbor, Beijing and Tianjin cities in the east. The company, with total assets of 50 million yuan, boasts to cover a floor area of 50,000 square meters and the building area of 40,000 square meters.
The company owns most advanced friction welding, drill pipe upsetting equipments and a variety of molding technique and mechanical processing equipments as well as three production lines of drill pipes and joints, which is capable to customize various models of drill pipes and joints meeting the national or US standards. In addition, the company is equipped with whole set of physical and chemical testing devices including the direct-reading spectrometer as well as the quality testing devices such as non-destructive inspection, thermal treatment and hydraulic testing equipments in order to guarantee the quality of products.
Since the establishment, the company has set up its quality management system in accordance with ISO9001 international standard and acquired the quality management system certification of Beijing Landbridge Quality Inspection and Certification Center. From May, 2009, the company has made the quality management system documents in accordance with both ISO9001: 2008 standard and idtISO/TS 29001-2007 “Specification for Quality Programs for the Petroleum and Natural Gas Industry”, the 8th edition of API Spec Q1, and implemented strictly as the requirements.
After years of productive practices and customer feedbacks, our products are proved to play a leading role in domestic market with their applicability, reliability and security depending on our production and strict release testing in accordance with international and petroleum, petrochemical industry standards. Our products are popular both at home and abroad which are not only used in large national oil fields including Huabei, Daqing, Jilin, Liaohe, Changqing, Yanchang and so on but also available in France, Canada, India, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Chile, Argentina, Egypt, Sudan, Iran, UAE, South Korea and etc.
