HT-CPC01 series intelligent electric pressure differential bypass valve is used to control the differential pressure between the liquid pipe and loop. Installing the control valve in bypass pipe near the pump system, when the system pressure increases over the control valve setting value, the valve opens larger so that more water can flow through the bypass valve to reduce the system pressure. In contrast, the decrease of system pressure leads to the valve opening reduction and system pressure increase. Intelligent pressure differential bypass valve is formed by pressure sensor, intelligent actuator and regulating ball valve. Pressure taps are installed separately in the valve inlet and outlet. By measuring and comparing the differential pressure between inlet and outlet with the setting pressure, regulating the valve switch to reach the setting pressure can be achieved. Integrating sensor, valve, actuator, and pressure PID controller into a whole, intelligent pressure differential bypass valve can facilitate the selection, usage and installation.
