Baoding Huayue Rubber Belts Co., Ltd., established in 1982, is the biggest conveyer belt design and manufacturer in Hebei province and also a key enterprise in the chemical industry of Hebei province and a member unit of China Rubber Industry Association. We successfully passed ISO9002 quality management system certificate in 2000. Presently, we have 820 employees, the fixed asset is RMB 130 million Yuan, the annual output value is nearly RMB 500 million Yuan. "Huayue" brand conveyer belt has been conferred the title of "famous brand of Hebei province"ever since 1998 consecutively. The trademark "Huayue" was recognized as a famous trademark of Hebei province in 2004.
Our major product is "Huayue" brand conveyer belt, including the steel cord conveyer belt, whole core fire-retardant conveyer belt (PVC, PVG), general-purpose textile conveyer belt (EP, NN, CC, etc.), wavy flanged conveyer belt, special textile conveyer belt (resistant to high temperature, heat, acid, alkali, oil, food, etc.).
Our marketing network covers nearly 1,000 metallurgical, iron and steel, coal, electrical, chemicals enterprises in 31 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions in China as well as the Europe, Africa and Southeast Africa. We maintain the long-term stable cooperative relationship with a lot of key projects and large enterprises, including the Three Gorges Project, Shougang Group, Heilongjiang Longmei Mining Group, Aluminum Corporation of China Limited, Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Changchun Second Thermal Power Co., Ltd. and so on.
We set up the perfect quality assurance system, are the location of Baoding City Inspection, Research and Development Center for Rubber Industry, establish the chemical analysis room and the physical laboratory with an independent juridical person. Hence, all raw materials, products in process and finished product are always in the controlled status, the unacceptable raw materials are not used, the unacceptable products are not will not be transported out of the factory. The competent quality inspectors, the state-of-the-art test and inspection equipment and the advanced inspection and test means provide a reliable guaranty for product quality.
