Detailed Description
1. It is designed according to a chrome plating process. With complete protection functions, the impulse current does no damage to the devices. It also has the multi-step power supply function. The bonding force between the plating coat and base body is strong. 2. Low ripple coefficient. It is able to increase the deposition rate of the plating coat and enhance the current strength for blind spots so that every part of a plated object can have a uniform plating coat and a firm bond with the base layer. 3. It is able to meet requirements of the chrome plating process. With microcomputer technology, it has complete functions and accurate time keeping capabilities to monitor and control the plating time and plating thickness effectively so as to improve plating quality and production efficiency. 4. Complete control functions. Soft starting. Multi-step power supply and timing control. 5. Expandable functions. It has intelligent touch keys, a big screen backlight LCD, and a Chinese step-type menu. Communication function (RS485 232). Current calculation function (ampere hour). Applications: It is suitable for hard chrome plating, decorative chrome plating, and deep hole chrome plating in steel factories, roller factories, bearing shock absorber factories and wear-resistant parts (piston rings, cylinders), etc. (code3 & 3) The power supply specification and the outward appearance size can be made according to customer’s requirement
