Axial fan Axipal industrial performance FTDA is a modern industry original fan. The main advantages of the fan are the highest values of performance and pressure (this is especially characteristic for fans of large size), low compared to similar fans noise level, the possibility of accurate selection of the fan on the set parameters, which leads to energy savings.
Series fans Axipal includes ten sizes (035, 040, 050, 056, 063, 071, 080, 100, 112, 125) with a diameter of impellers from 355 to 1250 mm. Performance in the range 0,5 ... 145 thousand cubic meters per hour at developed pressure of 5 ... 1500 Pa.
Axial fan Axipal is used to move air and other gases in stationary air conditioning systems in ventilation and air heating of industrial and residential premises, in a special production facilities and underground facilities of transport construction, under the supervision of the Federal Service for Technical Supervision.
Housing, Engine mount, bracket fan and the floor cage impeller made of sheet steel. The originality of the body is that it directly unbent flanges at both ends of the cylinder on a special machine. This results in sizing the inner diameter of the body and a significant increase in its rigidity. The calibrated internal diameter of the shell allows to minimize the gap between the outer diameter of the impeller and the casing, and hence reduce the pressure loss in the fan. In addition, the increased rigidity of the body leads to a significant reduction of vibration and the overall level of fan noise. Unique aerodynamic shape of bulk shoulder is made of the cast aluminum alloy.
The most widely used fan is equipped with three blades, although for given parameters the impeller can also be 2, 4 and 6 blades. The design of the impeller provides the build process to install the fan blades at any angle in the range from 7 º to 37 º, which allows fans to get optimal performance for specific operating conditions. Vanes are installed to the desired angle and balanced on the special equipment by manufacturer. In the operation it is forbidden to disassemble or modify the fan fixed angle impeller blades, as these actions violate the balancing of the impeller and can lead to motor overload and as a result, fan failure. In case of violation of these requirements, the warranty of the manufacturer will be terminated.
Upon request, the fans are completed with the following accessories: inlet cone, the opposite flange, flat flange with wire mesh, drawing fan, safety mesh, safety switches. Also delivery control box with any algorithm of the fan. The box is assembled from parts that are made by companies ABB, Siemens or Telemecaniqua.
