Detailed Description
Item DE60 firing system worked by 220v/110v AC or 24V/12V DC, which has the “test”function. Each channel could fire 20-30pcs igniters when use AC, about 10pcs when connecting DC. This system has the function of “salve fire””sequential fire”and ”step by step fire”. Time range for sequence is from 0.1-9.8 seconds. Moreover, “step by step fire” could alternate with “sequential fire”. It is divided into 9 parts. 10 channels for each part. The controller is with 2pcs receivers and 60m cables. You could select the length of the cable according to your requirement.
Connect & Test
1. Pls put the power plug of firing system into 220V/110V AC.
2. Pls turn on the power switch, then move the button to “test”position. If the power lamp light and time table shows: 9.9s.
3. It indicates the system is in good condition.
4. Pls connect the products into black & red clip. Pressing the button on the machine or the remote one By one .If the “test”lamp also bright one by one , it indicates the products are connecting well.
Pls move the button to “fire”position, then you can fire.
Step & sequential fire
1. Step fire -After the electric power connecting well, pls select the parts that need to be fire step by step. Then pls press the button:1.2.3…10 on the controller. The system will fire one by one. And the digital table could record display time of each channel. According to this , you could adjust the interval time of the channels for your display.
2. Sequential fire- When you press “time” button one time. Time for sequential will add 0.1s. It will add accordingly if you press over and over.
Sequential one by one - After you select the right interval time, pls move the parts which need to be sequential to the “on”position. When you press the “rapid”button , the selected parts will sequential fire one by one .
Several parts sequential together- First , you have to buy several receivers which has the parts that you need to fire together. For examples, if you need to make 3 channels fire together, and you choose D,E,F as the sequential parts. Then you have to buy two extra receivers with D,E,F parts. After you select the right interval time, pls move D,E,F to the “on”position. At this time, pls press the “rapid”button. Then D,E,F parts on the three receivers will sequential fire together.
3. After sequential fire, the right side of digital table shows the channel number that already fired. (what it show is the number of step sequential, not the together sequential. )
Attentions
1. Please don’t make it to be short circuit for that would damage machine.
2. If connecting products in series, Because the resistively of ignition dissimilarity from different factory , please use the products which made by the same factory;
3. Please turn off the power switch when the circuit connecting but no need use it , and notice to do not shake machine violently;
4. Don’t press “FIRE” after pull out electrical outlet, for there is left power would ignite products;
5. Please don’t place the product in the damp , sour ,alkali and pollution environment.
