Xinjiang Treasury Ductile Iron Pipe Co., Ltd. is a large-scale professional manufacturer of ductile iron pipes, whose expected annual production capacity is 500,000 tons of centrifugal ductile iron pipes. The project is divided into two phases and PhaseⅠhas been completed, while Phase Ⅱ is under construction. The annual capacity of PhaseⅠis 200,000 tons of water-cool ductile iron pipes (DN80-DN1200mm) and that of Phase Ⅱ is 300,000 tons of heated-mould ductile iron pipes(DN1400-DN2600mm).
1 Treasury blue pipes (for portable water)
Product Features：
a. Internal lining: cement mortar and white epoxy ceramic
b. External lining: 200g/m2 zinc and blue epoxy.
2 Treasury brown pipes (for sewage)
Product Features:
a.Internal lining:blast furnace slag cement and black epoxy ceramic
b. External lining: 200g/m2 zinc and brown epoxy.
3 Treasury black pipes (for portable water and sewage)
Product Features:
a. Internal lining: Poland cement mortar
b. External lining: 130g/m2 zinc and bitumen
We can also produce the below pipes:
1 Internal lining: Poland cement mortar & polyurethane
2 External lining: 400g/m2 85%zinc and 15% aluminum
