1) Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch
It is cheaper than Rutile TiO2 white masterbatch, but its opacity is not good as Rutile TiO2 white masterbatch, it means: Maybe you need to add more Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch to increase film opacity. Otherwise, Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch is not stable, so the film which add Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch will change yellow in the future.
1. EW6015R: 60% anatase tio2
2. EW4038R: 40% anatase tio2
3. EW3048R: 30% anatase tio2
4. EW2850R:28% anatase tio2
5. EW2058R: 20% anatase tio2
2) Rutile TiO2 white masterbatch
Our customers ue it to make high quality film like as milk package film, coating film and so on, its opacity is better than Anatase TiO2 white masterbatch and will not change film's color.
1. EW6018J: 60% rutile tio2, can be used in blow film , coating film and bottle
2. EW6018BJ: 60% rutile tio2, it is whiter than EW6018J,can be used in blow film , coating film and bottle
3. EW6005J: 60% rutile tio2, no filler, it can be used in milk packing film. food grade.
Application:
1.Shopping bag : EW6018BJ AND EW6018J can be used in shopping bag, our customer's additive ratio is about 5%
2. cast film : EW3048R, EW6015R and EW6018J can be used in coating film, our customers who make Adult Diaper, sanitary towel and PET MAT, they add about 8% EW6015R or add about 8% EW6018J in their cating film.
3. liquid packing film: EW6005J,only have 1% processing agent, so our customer add about 10% EW6005J to make milk packing film.
